• Please be nourished and hydrated before appointment if possible and let me know if you are not able. Acupuncture is best with some energy to work with.

• Please test if you have symptoms of COVID-19 and cancel your appointment if positive test for COVID-19.

• Please do not come into the office if you are vomiting or have diarrhea. These viruses tend to be very contagious.
